We are looking for a candidate who is eager to have the opportunity for career development to move from a Compliance Officer level to a Head of Compliance role.

You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area

What will you do as a Compliance Officer?

Supporting the Head of Legal with all compliance and regulatory matters
Overseeing the onboarding of clients, KYC management and ongoing review of current clients compliance and regulatory considerations and managing internal software designed to facilitate this process.
Supporting and advising an accounts team on regulatory matters pertaining to the administration of Funds and in particular multi jurisdictional money management.
Supervising a company secretarial team and overseeing their regulatory work in relation to performing company administration duties
Managing the team's knowledge management and keeping records of the same to ensure compliance with GFSC expectations relating to AML and other such regulatory issues.


What do you know that makes you a great Compliance Officer?

• Previous experience at a compliance officer level within financial services is essential and ideally within a corporate service provider or fiduciary service company.
• Experienced user of excel and have an excellent standard of English language.
• Good working knowledge of MS office
• Good organisational skills
• Able to take initiative


Salary £35k -£40k depending on experience
